Where to start and how to make it happen now
Join us at the Smart Council Forum NSW – 2018, to explore the WHY and the HOW about the Internet of Things with solution experts and Smart Council leaders who have experienced first-hand the many benefits enabled by connecting their assets.
“You can not manage what you can not measure” – Peter Drucker
The ability to connect assets and extract data from these assets will open a wealth of opportunities not only to drive operational efficiencies for your Council, but to also make better informed decision for future allocation of assets and to contribute to your Local Community sustainability goals.
What would you expect to learn.
HEAR from two of the most technologically advanced councils in Australia – Ipswich and Coffs Harbour – and their innovation champions, Matt Schultz and Andrew Sales, about how they have taken bold steps to improve the way they collect information about their council’s assets to drive benefits for their Community.
ENGAGE with subject-matter experts in interactive roundtable sessions around critical issues and strategies that you currently face at your organisations (Waste, Water, Energy, Parking, Asset Tracking, Public Toilets…). Explore how the “Internet of Things” (IoT) can help you drive business value by improving control over your assets, reducing operation costs, and contributing to your Council sustainability goals, thereby providing better services to your Community. Learn through case studies and examples, how other organizations have successfully addressed similar issues with IoT.
EXCHANGE with our panel of solution experts about your own specific questions on the potential of the IoT, how the technology can help your organization address certain issues, how to get your LGA covered and IoT ready in a matter of weeks… in an open interactive plenary session.
CONNECT with your peers and our team of experts through multiple networking opportunities.
