An cost-effective KitKat Snack Box replenishment service for offices
Nestlé Japan launched a direct sales program for individuals (“Nescafé ambassadors”) to resell KitKat snacks to their colleagues in their office. Rather than sending Nestlé service personnel on a regular roster to each office for refilling the snack box, the button solution developed by KCME (3-buttons device connected to Sigfox multi- adaptor) allows the consumers to order immediately for snacks when the box is (almost) empty.
KIX, the first airport in Japan applies IoT customer feedback device
Kansai International Airport (KIX) will be the first airport in Japan to install Sigfox Customer Feedback Device with an aim to further improve customer satisfaction. On the new device, available in five languages, customers can rate their experience at KIX by pressing one of four buttons. By collecting customers’ feedback in real time, the system allows airport staff to increase their situational awareness, analyze customer ratings and carry out daily operations in a more proactive and efficient manner.
